The position is for the upcoming academic year, you’ll form part of our management team, carry out teacher training, and support the day-to-day running of the school. This role offers an excellent chance to grow professionally and develop skills beyond the classroom.

Qualifications

  • Proficient level English speaker 
  • EU passport or Spanish NIE/TIE 
  • Experienced teacher willing to teach all age groups (VYL, kids, teens, adults) 
  • Confident preparing students for Cambridge exams (KET, PET, FCE, CAE) 
  • Minimum B2 level of Spanish 
  • Tech-savvy 
  • A teacher who is keen to grow professionally and expand their skillset 

Salary & Benefits

  • Dates: The position is a substitution for one academic year. From 18th August 2025- end of July 2026. The position is Monday to Friday.
  • Remote work: possibility of working remotely 1-2 mornings per week once  fully autonomous. 
  • Holidays: proportional to the time worked according to law (includes one day during Feria and a single Friday to be agreed with the director of studies). Also, one week at Christmas and one week at Easter. Local, autonomous and national vacations.  
  • Contract and salary: The coordinator will have a full-time 39-hour contract “contrato de interinidad” as “técnico coordinador”, with a probationary period of 2 months; they will be registered in the Social Security System, according to Spanish regulations. An optional medical check will be offered.    
  • Training: working alongside current Coordinator for minimum 1 month
