Responsibilities cover areas including:
- Academic Management: Oversee curriculum development, monitor student progress and ensure teaching quality.
- Teacher support and training: Assist with recruitment, training and mentoring of teachers.
- Class scheduling: Organise timetables and ensure smooth operation of courses.
- Teaching: Deliver engaging English lessons to students of different levels.
- Student and Parent Liaison: Provide guidance on student progress and address academic concerns.
Qualifications
- Native command of the English language with C2 or equivalent qualification.
- Working knowledge of Spanish language.
- CELTA/Trinity CertTESOL/DELTA/DipTESOL or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience.
- Previous knowledge of Cambridge English exams.
- Legal paperwork for working in Spain.
- Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in teacher training or academic management (preferred).
