TWO new teaching positions available at EL CENTRO DE INGLES ANDUJAR and ECI IDIOMAS BAILEN due to an increase in student numbers. At present we can offer alternate days in each school which could be covered by one or two teachers.
The teaching timetable would be:
ECI IDIOMAS BAILEN
Monday and Wednesday: 7 hours + 3 hours paid preparation time (4.00-7.30pm)
EL CENTRO DE INGLES ANDUJAR
Tuesday and Thursday: 8 hours + 4 hours paid preparation time (4.00-8pm)

We are serious, professional language schools dedicated to quality language teaching and teacher development situated in the province of Jaen, south-eastern Spain. We have a well-established reputation for quality EFL teaching and exam preparation.
We offer in house training, funded external training, teacher development and ongoing support from a team of dedicated teachers who offer a wealth of experience. During the year, teachers will receive training in all areas of EFL teaching including Young Learners, exam preparation and individual exams skills training for the Cambridge and Trinity exams.
We employ teachers of different nationalities, members of EU countries or who are legally entitled to work in Spain and who have a C2 level of English.
We consider teacher applications based on teaching experience and the desire to develop professionally.
Qualifications
Native speaker competence/C2 level
EU national/valid work permit
University degree or higher education qualification
CELTA/DELTA/Trinity CertTESOL qualification or similar
Some previous teaching experience
A working knowledge of Spanish
Experience of the Cambridge and Trinity exams valued.
Since this position involves working with children, teachers will be required to provide proof that they are eligible to work with minors (a DBS or disclosure form at the interview stage). The successful candidate will need to obtain an International Child Protection Certificate (ICPC) or equivalent from their country of origin and a Spanish “certificado de penales”.
Conditions
- Contract will run until 21st June 2024.
- Full health and insurance cover (Spanish NHS, free yearly private medical).
- Fully paid Christmas, Easter, local, national and regional holidays (we do not deduct these days from your annual holiday entitlement).
- Holiday days accrued will be settled on completion of contract.
- Full assistance with all administration (finding accommodation, obtaining NIE registration, registering with the Spanish NHS system and a doctor, setting up a bank account etc).

Monday and Wednesday: 7 hours + 3 hours paid preparation time (4.00-7.30pm).
Salary in the region of 428,00 euros gross pcm.
EL CENTRO DE INGLES ANDUJAR
Tuesday and Thursday: 8 hours + 4 hours paid preparation time (4.00-8pm).
Salary in the region of 551,00 euros gross pcm.
