All Star Engish teachers either speak English as a first language or have the  Cambridge C2 level and our lessons are given entirely in English.

In class, we put emphasis on speaking and listening skills.

Personal attention to each student is an important feature as there are only 10 students per class.

Teachers are required to prepare students for the Cambridge exams, Starters, Movers KET, PET as well as the upper main suite exams FCE, CAE and CPE.

The vacancy is to teach all ages and levels from five upwards from 1st September 2025 to June 30th 2026, renewable by mutual agreement. We offer a 34 -hour contract with a maximum of 25 hours’ teaching per week.  There are four weeks’ paid holiday, 2 weeks’ at Christmas and 2 weeks’ at Easter.

Salary to be discussed at interview and dependent on qualifications and experience.

We require that candidates hold a European passport or a Spanish NIE number.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience.
  • A degree, preferably in languages or teaching.
  • A teaching qualification (e.g. CELTA or Trinity CertTESOL)
  • A European passport or Spanish NIE/DNI.
