We require a dedicated EFL Teacher to fill a vacant position. The contracted hours will be over 4 afternoons/evenings, Monday to Thursday, with a total of 18/19 teaching hours per week.
All classes take place face-to-face at our centre, and the starting date is Monday 18th September 2023 until the end of June 2024, with the possibility of a further contract for the following school year.
Qualifications
Applicants must have CELTA / Trinity CertTESOL or equivalent, be a EU citizen or resident and preferably have at least 1 years classroom teaching experience in a similar position, especially with Very Young Learners (6-7 years).
A good knowledge of Cambridge exams would be an asset and although not an absolute requirement, a working knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage.
Conditions
Apart from the classroom hours, teachers are expected to perform typical administrative duties and attend a monthly meeting / workshop, which is reflected in your contract. Teachers are required to attend an induction meeting on September 14th.
Salary & Benefits
The salary is 1197€ gross per month for the 18 classroom hour per week contract / 1235€ gross per month for the 19 clasroom hours per week, with your contracted hours totalling 29 per week (to include preparation, marking, report writing and meetings). All official holidays paid, plus social security benefits.
