As our Administrative Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of English 1, supporting our students, families, and teaching team. Your role will involve:

  • Welcoming & Connecting: Greeting visitors with warmth, taking phone calls, and keeping our community connected via email and WhatsApp Business. You’ll share clear, helpful info about our courses and services with prospective and current students.

  • Keeping Us Organized: Handling day-to-day admin tasks like student enrollments, attendance, level assessments, exam registrations, and keeping track of learning materials.

  • Team Support: Assisting our management and academic teams with scheduling, fee tracking, internal notices, parent updates, and general day-to-day logistics.

  • Stepping In: Occasionally covering a class when needed, following our friendly, structured academic guidelines.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: At least 3 years in receptionist or administrative roles (experience in an educational setting or language school is a big plus!).

  • Connection with children and teens: The vast majority of our students are children and teenagers.  A passion for working with young people is essential.
  • Languages: Advanced English skills (C1–C2 level, certified by Cambridge or Trinity) alongside native-level, fluent Spanish to communicate easily with parents, staff, and students.

  • Tech Skills: Comfort with everyday digital tools—Google Workspace, Excel, email, and WhatsApp Business.

  • Mindset: An organized, proactive personality with fantastic communication skills, an upbeat customer-focused approach, and strong commitment to your work.

  • Location: Living in or near Seville (proximity to Nervión is great).

Conditions

What We Offer

  • Contract: Permanent contract (Contrato indefinido).

  • Hours: 30 hours per week.

  • Schedule: Availability to do split shifts is a must and will be further discussed at interview.

  • Salary: €1,128.83 gross per month (12 payments).
